A SURPRISE! YARD CARD can be delivered for only $45 for a two day display!
Methods of payment include cash, checks and money
orders..
To pay with a personal check or money order, please call or email first. If you
happen to pay by check and that check bounces, you will be charged an extra $45.
This is one of those things that we hate to do but do we must.
In all cases, we must receive payment before we deliver your Surprise Yard Card.
Refund policy
Surprise! Yard Cards will refund your money in full if you cancel your rental at
least 24 hours in advance of delivery. (Note: Delivery is made by 6 a.m. on the
scheduled day.) We reserve the right to cancel the order if we feel
the delivery would be a danger to the delivery person. If weather
conditions prevent us from setting up, we’ll contact you to reschedule or
refund your payment.
We are unable to refund payment if:
>You give us less than 24 hours notice of cancellation
>You give us an incorrect address
>The homeowner, business owner or security officer prevents us from setting
up
>We are denied access to a gated community and unable to set up
>The homeowner, business owner or security officer contacts us to pick up the
display before the end of the rental period
>Animals on the property prevent us from setting up
>No grassy areas are available in front of the home, apartment, townhouse,
office
>Any other circumstances beyond our control prevent us from setting up your
Front Yard Card
Safety issues and other policies
*We respectfully reserve the right to decline a delivery area that we feel
may be unsafe for our critters.
*For the safety of your children, please DO NOT allow them to play on or around
the lawn greetings display. Yes, we know the critters are cute. But so are your
kids, and we don't want them to get hurt.
*The critters are NOT toys. Each one has a metal rod running through it.
This metal rod helps secure the lawn ornaments to the ground so that they will
stay in place. These rods may be dangerous if unsupervised children
are permitted near the critters.
*We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your
celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the critters from the ground.
*The critters are made of plastic and WILL NOT safely support the weight of a
child leaning on it, sitting on it or playing leapfrog.
*If the recipient calls us and wants to know who "Surprised" them, we will tell them unless you give us specific instructions not to.
*Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. If a
hot balloon blows against our signs, they may become damaged.
*Front Yard Cards is not responsible for any injury that is a result of
violation of the above safety policies
